DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – Voyager’s portfolio company, ACS Coating Services (“ACS”), today announced its rebranding to CRTS Global, LLC (“CRTS” or the “Company”). In conjunction with this change, the Company’s headquarters have moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Dubai, UAE to better align with its focus on the Middle East market.
Voyager acquired ACS in December 2023 from Aegion Corporation (which has since rebranded to Azuria Water Solutions). At the time of Voyager’s acquisition, the Company was temporarily called ACS Coating Services. As of March 2024, after CRTS’ consideration of market and client perception and other factors, the Company rebranded to CRTS Global, LLC. CRTS was a brand utilized at various times during the Company’s long history, and CRTS is proud to resurrect the brand, which was already well known by clients in the global coatings market.
