McCray has spent his entire career within the ES&E corporate finance sector. Prior to his time at Voyager, he worked in investment banking at FMI Capital Advisors in the Houston office, focusing on ES&E. McCray joined Voyager in 2021 as an Associate and has worked on every Voyager transaction since inception. His responsibilities include the evaluation of investment opportunities, investor relations, transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring and optimization.
McCray is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Finance. In his free time, McCray enjoys traveling, golf, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering with his wife at his church and Young Life.
