David is a Houston native with 23 years of corporate finance experience exclusively in the energy services and equipment sector. Before founding Voyager, he spent most of his career at Simmons & Company as one of the Managing Directors leading its ES&E investment banking practice. At Simmons and prior firms, David has worked on more than 100 M&A, IPO, and public and private capital raise transactions valued at more than $10 billion.
David serves on the boards of Knight Energy Services, VooDoo Energy Services, NXL Technologies and CRTS Global.
David received an MBA from The University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
David stays active in his free time enjoying the outdoors with his wife and three kids, playing golf and cooking.
