Size Range

Voyager invests in businesses with enterprise values of $20 million to $300 million.

Commercially Proven

With few (if any) exceptions, Voyager will not fund unproven technologies.

Management

• We are looking for talented teams that want to build best-in-class businesses over time, and management teams will have considerable equity ownership in an effort to align interests.
• However, Voyager also has a network of talented executives who could step in to manage portfolio companies as needed.

Deal Structure

• Voyager is flexible on structure and invests throughout the capital structure (debt, equity-linked debt, preferred equity, common equity, etc.).
• Investment purpose will typically be recapitalizations and growth investments. We will seldom invest in traditional buyouts in which the current owner/operator is fully paid out.
